OnCater Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 9, 2026
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THEY CONTAIN A CLASS ACTION WAIVER, A JURY TRIAL WAIVER, AND LIMITS ON OUR LIABILITY (SECTIONS 33, 34, AND 37). BY ACCESSING OR USING WWW.ONCATER.COM OR ANY ONCATER SERVICE, PLACING AN ORDER, OR LISTING A RESTAURANT, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and OnCater LLC, a Virginia limited liability company located at 11750 Fair Oaks Mall, Unit M123, Fairfax, Virginia 22033 (“OnCater,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms replace all prior versions of OnCater’s website terms. They do not replace any separate written agreement signed between you and OnCater, which will control if it conflicts with these Terms.
Part A — General Terms (All Users)
1. Definitions
- “Platform” means the OnCater website (www.oncater.com), the Customer Portal, the Restaurant Portal, and any related tools, applications, and communications.
- “Services” means the Platform and all services OnCater provides through it, including order placement, payment processing, delivery coordination, and customer support.
- “Customer” means any person or business that browses the Platform or places an Order, including a Corporate Account holder and its authorized users.
- “Restaurant Partner” means any restaurant, caterer, or food business that lists food or services on the Platform.
- “Order” means a request for food, beverages, or related services placed by a Customer through the Platform and confirmed as described in Section 9.
- “Delivery Provider” means a third-party delivery company, such as DoorDash, or a Restaurant Partner’s own drivers, used to deliver an Order.
- “User,” “you,” and “your” mean any Customer, Restaurant Partner, or visitor using the Platform.
2. OnCater’s Role
OnCater operates an online marketplace that connects Customers with independent Restaurant Partners for corporate catering and group meals. OnCater collects payment from Customers, coordinates Orders and delivery, and pays Restaurant Partners their share.
OnCater does not prepare, cook, package, or handle food. Each Restaurant Partner is an independent business and is solely responsible for the food it prepares, its menu and ingredient information, food safety, and its own licenses, permits, and employees. Restaurant Partners and Delivery Providers are not employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers of OnCater.
OnCater does not guarantee the availability of any Restaurant Partner, menu item, delivery time, or delivery area. Listing on the Platform is not an endorsement by OnCater.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company to these Terms, and “you” includes that company.
The Services are offered for business and group catering within the United States. Restaurant Partners may list only locations in the United States.
4. Accounts and Security
To place Orders or list a restaurant, you must create an account with accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.
Notify us immediately at support@oncater.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. OnCater is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account that result from your failure to protect your login credentials. OnCater will use commercially reasonable security measures to protect the Platform and payment information.
We may suspend or close an account that contains false information, shows signs of fraud, or violates these Terms.
5. Communications and Consent
By creating an account or placing an Order, you agree that OnCater, Restaurant Partners, and Delivery Providers may contact you by email, phone, and text message (SMS) about your account and Orders, including confirmations, delivery updates, and payment notices. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions or replying STOP. You cannot opt out of messages required to complete or support an active Order or account.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
- Provide false information, impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
- Place Orders you do not intend to pay for, or file payment disputes in bad faith.
- Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, hateful, or that infringes anyone’s rights.
- Post spam, unsolicited advertising, or fake reviews.
- Upload viruses or malicious code, or interfere with the Platform’s security or operation.
- Scrape, copy, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform by automated means without our written permission.
- Copy, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the Services, or use them to build a competing service.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to access the Platform’s source code or non-public systems.
- Harass, abuse, or threaten OnCater staff, Restaurant Partners, Delivery Providers, or other Users.
7. Our Rights to Suspend or Change the Services
We may, at any time and without prior notice, suspend or terminate an account, remove content or listings, cancel or hold Orders that appear fraudulent or violate these Terms, and change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services. If we cancel a paid Order for reasons not caused by you, we will refund the amount paid for that Order. Section 26 governs termination.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. For material changes, we will also notify registered Users by email or through the Platform at least 15 days before the changes take effect. Changes will not apply to Orders already confirmed. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept them.
Part B — Customer Terms
9. Placing and Confirming Orders
When you submit an Order, you make an offer to purchase the items listed at the prices shown. An Order is confirmed only when the Restaurant Partner accepts it and OnCater sends you a written confirmation by email or through the Customer Portal. A Restaurant Partner may decline an Order for any reason before confirming it.
You are responsible for reviewing your Order before submitting it, including the delivery date, time, address, guest count, menu items, and special instructions. Each Restaurant Partner sets its own minimum order amount, lead time, and delivery area, which are shown on its listing.
10. Pricing, Fees, and Taxes
Menu prices are set by each Restaurant Partner. Before you submit an Order, the Platform will show the total amount due, including menu prices, applicable sales taxes, delivery fees, and any service fees or gratuity. Delivery fees are set by each Restaurant Partner and currently range from $0 to $35 per Order.
We work to display accurate prices, but errors can occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we will notify you before the Order is fulfilled, and you may accept the corrected price or cancel the Order for a full refund. We will not increase the price of a confirmed Order without your consent.
Gratuity for drivers or staff, if offered at checkout, is optional unless stated otherwise and is passed through to the driver or Restaurant Partner.
11. Payment
OnCater accepts payment by credit card or through an approved Corporate Account (Section 12). By providing a card, you authorize OnCater and its payment processor to charge the total Order amount, plus any approved changes. Card payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; OnCater does not store full card numbers on its own servers.
OnCater collects payment on behalf of itself and the Restaurant Partner. Payment to OnCater fully satisfies your payment obligation to the Restaurant Partner for that Order.
If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us at support@oncater.com within 30 days of the charge so we can resolve it. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us, or filing one for an Order that was delivered as confirmed, may result in suspension of your account. We may recover amounts lost through improper chargebacks.
12. Corporate Accounts and Invoicing (Net 30)
Companies may apply for a Corporate Account. Before approval, OnCater will verify the company’s identity and the person responsible for the account. OnCater may approve, deny, limit, or close a Corporate Account at its discretion.
Corporate Accounts are not subject to Restaurant Partner order minimums unless stated on the listing. Approved Corporate Accounts are invoiced, and payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
Unpaid balances after the due date accrue a late charge of 1.5% per month, or the maximum rate allowed by law if lower. OnCater may suspend ordering on any account with an overdue balance. The company is responsible for all Orders placed by its authorized users and for reasonable collection costs, including attorneys’ fees, incurred to collect overdue amounts.
The company must notify OnCater promptly when an authorized user leaves the company or should no longer place Orders.
13. Delivery
Orders are delivered by the Restaurant Partner’s own drivers or by a Delivery Provider such as DoorDash. Delivery times are estimates. You must provide an accurate address and access instructions and make sure someone is available to receive the Order. If delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect information or because no one is available, the Order is not eligible for a refund.
Risk of loss passes to you when the Order is delivered to the address you provided. Contact us right away at support@oncater.com or 1-888-669-1292 if an Order is late, missing, or incorrect.
14. Changes and Cancellations by Customers
- Cancellations: You may cancel an Order for a full refund at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Orders canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time are not refundable, unless the Restaurant Partner agrees otherwise in writing.
- Changes: Requests to change the guest count, menu items, delivery time, or address must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time and are effective only when the Restaurant Partner accepts them and OnCater confirms them in writing. Price differences will be charged or refunded.
- How to cancel or change: Use the Customer Portal or email support@oncater.com. The time we receive your request controls.
15. Cancellations by OnCater or a Restaurant Partner
If a Restaurant Partner cancels a confirmed Order or cannot fulfill it, OnCater will notify you as soon as possible and, where feasible, offer a replacement Restaurant Partner. If no acceptable replacement is available, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for that Order. This refund, or the replacement, is your sole remedy for a canceled Order.
OnCater may cancel any Order in the case of suspected fraud, a pricing error, a food-safety concern, severe weather, or events beyond reasonable control (Section 36).
16. Refunds, Missing Items, and Quality Issues
If your Order arrives with missing items, incorrect items, or a quality problem, report it within 24 hours of delivery to support@oncater.com, with photos when possible. OnCater will review the issue with the Restaurant Partner and may provide a refund, partial refund, credit, or replacement for the affected items. Refunds are limited to the amount paid for the affected items and related fees.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method or applied as an invoice credit for Corporate Accounts. Card refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
17. Food Allergies, Dietary Needs, and Food Safety
Menu, ingredient, nutrition, and allergen information is provided by Restaurant Partners. OnCater does not prepare food and does not verify this information.
You must tell the Restaurant Partner about any food allergies or dietary requirements in the Order’s special instructions before submitting the Order, and you are responsible for sharing allergen information with your guests. Many kitchens handle common allergens, including milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame. Unless a Restaurant Partner expressly confirms in writing that an item meets a specific requirement, do not assume any item is free of an allergen.
Food should be served and stored at safe temperatures. Perishable food should not be left at room temperature for more than 2 hours. Report any suspected foodborne illness to OnCater immediately at support@oncater.com so we can notify the Restaurant Partner and take protective steps, which may include suspending the listing.
The Restaurant Partner is responsible for the food it prepares. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
Part C — Restaurant Partner Terms
This Part C applies to every Restaurant Partner in addition to Parts A and D. If a Restaurant Partner signs a separate written agreement with OnCater, that agreement controls where it conflicts with this Part C.
18. Listings and Menu Information
You are responsible for the accuracy of everything in your listing, including menu items, descriptions, photos, prices, portion sizes, ingredients, allergen information, minimum order amounts, lead times, delivery areas, delivery fees, and hours. You must update your listing promptly when anything changes. Menu prices on OnCater may not be higher than the prices you charge for the same items through your own catering channels, unless you clearly disclose the difference.
You must accurately disclose major food allergens in your menu items when asked and respond truthfully to Customer allergy and dietary requests. If you cannot safely meet a request, you must decline it before confirming the Order.
19. Accepting and Fulfilling Orders
You must accept or decline each Order through the Restaurant Portal within the response time shown there. Once you confirm an Order, you must prepare and deliver it as confirmed, on time, in safe and sanitary condition, properly packaged and labeled, and in the quantities ordered.
If you cannot fulfill a confirmed Order, you must notify OnCater immediately and no later than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time, except in an emergency. If you cancel a confirmed Order or fail to deliver it, OnCater may (a) withhold payment for that Order, (b) charge you the reasonable, documented additional cost of a replacement Restaurant Partner, and (c) suspend or remove your listing for repeated failures.
20. Delivery
You may deliver Orders with your own drivers or request delivery through OnCater’s integration with DoorDash or another Delivery Provider. If you use your own drivers, you are solely responsible for them, including their pay, licensing, vehicle insurance, conduct, and compliance with traffic laws. If you request delivery through a Delivery Provider, you must have the Order ready and correctly packaged at the scheduled pickup time. Delays or losses caused by late or incorrect preparation are your responsibility.
21. Commission, Fees, and Payouts
In exchange for access to the Platform and Customers, OnCater charges a commission of 15% of the food and beverage subtotal of each completed Order, unless a different rate is agreed in writing. Delivery fees collected through the Platform are handled as shown in the Restaurant Portal. OnCater may change its commission or fees with at least 30 days’ written notice; changes will not apply to Orders already confirmed.
OnCater collects payment from Customers and pays you the Order amount minus the commission, applicable delivery charges, refunds, and adjustments, on the payout schedule shown in the Restaurant Portal. You must provide accurate payout and tax information, including a completed IRS Form W-9.
OnCater may deduct or withhold from your payouts: (a) refunds or credits issued to Customers for missing, incorrect, late, or defective items caused by you; (b) chargebacks and related fees for Orders you did not fulfill as confirmed; and (c) any other amount you owe OnCater. OnCater may hold payouts during an investigation of suspected fraud or a food-safety incident. You must raise any payout dispute within 60 days of the payout date, or the payout is considered final.
You are responsible for your own taxes, except sales taxes that OnCater is required by law to collect and remit as a marketplace facilitator.
22. Licenses, Food Safety, and Compliance
You represent and agree that you will, at all times:
- Hold and maintain all licenses, permits, and health inspections required for your food business and for catering in each area you serve.
- Comply with all applicable food-safety, health, labeling, employment, alcohol, and tax laws.
- Train your staff in safe food handling and allergen control.
- Notify OnCater within 24 hours if your license or permit is suspended or revoked, if you fail a health inspection, or if you learn of a suspected foodborne illness or food-safety issue connected to an OnCater Order.
- Not offer alcohol through the Platform unless you are properly licensed and OnCater has approved it in writing.
OnCater may ask for copies of your licenses, permits, and inspection reports at any time.
23. Insurance
You must maintain, at your own cost, commercial general liability insurance that includes products and completed operations coverage, with limits of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence, plus any other insurance required by law (including workers’ compensation and, if you deliver yourself, commercial auto insurance). Upon request, you must provide a certificate of insurance and, where your insurer allows, name OnCater LLC as an additional insured.
24. Non-Circumvention
Customers introduced to you through OnCater are a valuable part of OnCater’s business. During your time on the Platform and for 12 months after it ends, you agree not to solicit or encourage any Customer you first served through OnCater to place catering orders directly with you or through another platform in order to avoid OnCater’s commission. This does not restrict a Customer who contacts you on its own initiative, or customers you served before joining OnCater. If you breach this Section, you agree to pay OnCater the commission it would have earned on those orders.
25. Customer Data
You may use Customer information received through the Platform only to fulfill and support that Customer’s Orders. You may not sell it, add Customers to marketing lists, or contact them for any other purpose without their consent. You must keep Customer information secure and notify OnCater immediately of any unauthorized access to it.
26. Termination (Customers and Restaurant Partners)
You may close your account at any time through your portal or by emailing support@oncater.com. Confirmed Orders must still be completed or canceled under these Terms, and amounts owed remain due.
OnCater may suspend or terminate any account or listing, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, fraud, non-payment, food-safety concerns, repeated Order failures or complaints, legal or regulatory requests, or extended inactivity. For Restaurant Partners terminated without cause, OnCater will give 15 days’ notice. After termination, OnCater will pay any undisputed amounts owed to a Restaurant Partner, minus deductions allowed by Section 21.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations and Sections 21, 24, 25, and 27–38.
27. Restaurant Partner Indemnification
Each Restaurant Partner will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OnCater LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any third-party claims, losses, damages, fines, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from: (a) the food, beverages, or services the Restaurant Partner provides, including foodborne illness, allergic reactions, contamination, and injury; (b) inaccurate menu, ingredient, or allergen information; (c) the Restaurant Partner’s negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law; (d) the acts of its employees and its own drivers; or (e) its breach of these Terms. OnCater will notify the Restaurant Partner of any claim, may participate in the defense with its own counsel, and the Restaurant Partner may not settle a claim that imposes obligations on OnCater without OnCater’s written consent. This Section does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by OnCater’s own negligence or willful misconduct.
Part D — Legal Terms (All Users)
28. Your Content
You keep ownership of the content you submit to the Platform, such as menus, photos, logos, reviews, and comments (“User Content”). You grant OnCater a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, use, copy, display, adapt (for example, resize or crop), and distribute your User Content to operate, improve, and promote the Services, including in OnCater marketing and advertising. For Restaurant Partners, this includes the right to use your business name and logo to identify you as available on OnCater. This license ends when you remove the content or close your account, except for content already shared or used in marketing materials before removal, and reviews, which may remain on the Platform.
You confirm that you own or have permission to use all User Content you submit and that it does not violate anyone’s rights or any law. OnCater may remove any User Content at its discretion.
If you send us suggestions or feedback about the Services, we may use them freely without any obligation to you.
29. Reviews and Ratings
Reviews must reflect the reviewer’s genuine experience with an actual Order. Restaurant Partners may not write reviews of their own business or competitors, offer anything of value in exchange for positive reviews, or ask others to post fake reviews. OnCater will not remove reviews simply because they are negative. We may remove reviews that are false, unrelated to an Order, abusive, contain personal information, or otherwise violate these Terms. Restaurant Partners may report a review they believe violates these rules to support@oncater.com.
30. OnCater Intellectual Property and Copyright Complaints
The Platform, its software, design, text, graphics, and the OnCater name and logo are owned by OnCater or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Platform only as permitted by these Terms. You may not use OnCater’s name, logo, or trademarks without our prior written consent.
If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a notice to our Copyright Agent that includes: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) a description of the copyrighted work; (c) the location of the infringing material on the Platform; (d) your address, phone number, and email; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf. Send notices to: Copyright Agent, OnCater LLC, 11750 Fair Oaks Mall, Unit M123, Fairfax, Virginia 22033, or legal@oncater.com. We may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
31. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information and is part of these Terms. To fulfill Orders, OnCater shares the necessary Customer information, such as name, phone number, delivery address, and Order details, with the Restaurant Partner and Delivery Provider. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of OnCater, our Users, or the public.
32. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services rely on third parties, including payment processors and Delivery Providers such as DoorDash, and the Platform may contain links to third-party websites. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. OnCater is not responsible for third-party websites or services, and their availability or content is not endorsed by OnCater.
33. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONCATER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ONCATER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. BECAUSE ONCATER DOES NOT PREPARE FOOD, ONCATER MAKES NO WARRANTY ABOUT THE QUALITY, SAFETY, INGREDIENTS, OR ALLERGEN CONTENT OF ANY FOOD, OR THE ACCURACY OF RESTAURANT PARTNER INFORMATION. ANY WARRANTY FOR FOOD IS PROVIDED BY THE RESTAURANT PARTNER.
34. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONCATER AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONCATER’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED: (A) FOR CUSTOMERS, THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR $100; AND (B) FOR RESTAURANT PARTNERS, THE COMMISSIONS AND FEES PAID TO ONCATER DURING THE 6 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR ONCATER’S GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR TO AMOUNTS ONCATER OWES A RESTAURANT PARTNER AS PAYOUTS.
35. Indemnification by Users
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OnCater LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any third-party claims, losses, damages, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from your breach of these Terms, your User Content, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your misuse of the Services. Restaurant Partners also have the obligations in Section 27.
36. Events Beyond Our Control
Neither OnCater nor any User is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, fire, flood, power or internet outages, labor disputes, public-health emergencies, government orders, civil unrest, or failures of Delivery Providers or payment networks. This Section does not excuse any obligation to pay amounts already owed. If such an event prevents a confirmed Order from being delivered, OnCater will work with the Customer to reschedule or will refund the amount paid for undelivered items.
37. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law, and Venue
- Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at legal@oncater.com with a description of the dispute, and both parties will try in good faith to resolve it for at least 30 days.
- Governing law. These Terms and any dispute relating to them or the Services are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
- Venue. Any lawsuit must be filed exclusively in the state courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Alexandria Division, and you and OnCater consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may bring an individual claim in the small claims or general district court of Fairfax County if it qualifies.
- Class action waiver. To the extent permitted by law, all claims must be brought in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding.
- Jury trial waiver. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND ONCATER WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
- Time limit. To the extent permitted by law, any claim must be filed within 1 year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.
- Injunctive relief. OnCater may seek an injunction in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, Platform security, or rights under Section 24.
38. General Provisions
- Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, any policies posted on the Platform, and any separate signed agreement with OnCater are the entire agreement between you and OnCater about the Services.
- Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the rest of these Terms remain in effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
- Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. OnCater may assign these Terms, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Independent parties. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or joint venture relationship.
- Notices. We may give you notices by email to your account address, through the Platform, or by mail. You must send legal notices to legal@oncater.com and to our mailing address below.
- Use outside the U.S. The Platform is operated from the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, you are responsible for complying with local law, and you may not use it in violation of U.S. export or sanctions laws.
- Language. These Terms are written in English. Any translation is for convenience only, and the English version controls.
