Do I need a corporate account to place an order?
No. Anyone can order on OnCater. A corporate account is ideal for companies that order often or have several people placing orders, because it keeps your team’s ordering and billing in one place.
Can my company pay by invoice?
Corporate accounts can be set up for invoicing. We also accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Contact our team to set up invoicing for your company.
How are tips handled?
For most restaurants on OnCater, tipping is optional and the amount is up to you. As a rule of thumb, customers tip 10% for orders of $100 or more and 15% to 20% for smaller orders. You’ll see the amount when building your order.
